ABANDONED. trying to find a book ive read, but don't remember the name or the author

This book is a women that works at a lawyers office. A new lawyer starts working there. She starts having an affair with him then she befriends the wife. She didn't know it was his wife at first. The wife did it on purpose. Then you find out at the end that the wife is really a guy that had switched bodies with his friend. He wanted her husband. At the end he switches bodies with the new women.

I'm pretty sure it was set in Europe
