Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers. We don't replace old ones. However, you have the ability to set the new cover as the default edition if you wish. Just follow these instructions:

Your second link was actually to a different book's cover, so please let me know if you meant another one.

In accordance with Goodreads policy, all covers a book has ever been published under are kept on the site, however as the author, you can select which is the default by following these instructions.
