Adding cover image to my book

Hi! Sorry if this is presumptive, but near as I could tell, this is the right spot. I have a cover image I'd like to add to my book, We Are Watching. You can find the correct image on the book's Amazon page, or I can send it to someone here, if needed.

Currently the book is only on Amazon, but there will be a release on the Nook store, as well as Kobo.
