The list of countries Kate posted is the full list of countries for that option. I think the lists she was referring to in her answer are those other lists links in posts 2 and 3, and which include authors for the Oktoberfest countries.

For example, if I plan to complete the sub-challenge only once, could I still read two books that fit A1?
"Each author must fill a different criterion"10 different authors, 10 different criteria, each round. As there are only 15 criteria, if you repeat, naturally some will have to be repeated. And with 15 criteria, you can do it 3 times using any single criteria only two times.
I thought that was what it meant, after I slept on it. (Smile) I stay up to late to ask questions,

I'm a couple of chapters into the novel right now, and there is some rather graphic violent content -- I wouldn't put it as YA, but then, I'm not a librarian.

BPL shelves it as YA fiction, and without a Lexile it will not qualify for CYOA.

I really would like Under the Volcano by Malcolm Lowry to work here. However, I've already used C1.Does any of this info allow him to qualify for C4 or C5?

Me again! I am interested in reading The Cockroach for this challenge. However, when I searched it the kindle version shows up. I can attest the book has 100 actual story pages (the one noted as 112 pages probably is counting the title pages et al). Can I use this book?

But hurry to read and post, because that could change to a lower number and you'll want to lock it in.

I am currently listening to Amaryllis which my library has shown as being by M.C. Beaton as per cover,
. However, I note MPE actually has different title, The Poor Relation by different author's name, Marion Chesney.Based on above, I won't be able to claim this for the initials + surname task, is that right?
And... could we claim the 2 names being of 'different' author or not?
10 days to the end of the Season and I'm still asking questions, sorry :)

I don't know if you have used the born in one century died the next or the No L. She also would work for veteran author and, surprising to me, as a journalist.
She wrote under several pseudonyms, so if you were asking if you could stop listening and put her off to Blackjack and the Diamond Two, she works there also.
I was tossing up between the initials & the 2 centuries so all good, thanks, Elizabeth :)
