Having Trouble Removing a Book from a Series

Hello Fellow Librarians:

I have been having trouble deleting Worst of Friends: Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and the True Story of an American Feud from the "Thomas and Friends" series, featuring books about Thomas the Tank Engine. Obviously, it was added to this series by mistake. I can't seem to get the series page to load however, although I've accessed other series pages. Can someone else try it, and delete this book from the series? It's much appreciated!
