I am mid life crisis, change career, newlywed author writing for herself and to placate the voices in her head 3 month published author. I am having my 3rd event in as many months on February 14, 2016 so for the purpose of acquiring reviews of Part two of the first book in my trilogy; it will be offered as free on Amazon from February 13 to 15. I welcome (don't want to beg on my first post) anyone/everyone in this group to read, enjoy, critique, review and post comments here and/or on Amazon to assist me in my quest.

David - I just read the note below regarding the use of the ebooks for other intentions than stated. Thank you Michael for bringing this to my attention - this is quite upsetting. I haven't heard anything. David-C messaged me several times to protest his innocence, but when I saw others step forward to say they'd also found THEIR books pirated, I decided to ignore his protestations.

I THOUGHT it was odd that he was asking for PDF copies of everyone's books. I only ever sent him a gifted Kindle edition, but he was still able to hack it and put the text up.

To forestall any fallout for me, I have already decided to serialize a section of my novel on my website, and hope it snags more people than his. I'm glad his site was taken down, but I'll lay Septims to comberries he's got others.

I had also emailed him and he did state he has no clue about that website - but weird that it is taken down. Leaves me a bit baffled. Part of the reason I wonder although we all want reviews - I think book swaps for each other as an actual download purchase - I mean for less than 3 bucks for most of the time, seems the best way to protect.
