"Is this what it's like to be an old lady?" She jokes with a small smile and sat on the toilet seat.

She slouched forward a little bit and relieved herself after a few minutes of just sitting there. It didn't hurt that much, but it was uncomfortable.
She shook her head and nudged her head toward the door. "Could you grab me a pair of underwear and a sanitary pad please?" She squeezed his hand.
"Thank you babe." She smiled, opened the pad, put it in her underwear and quickly dabbed herself with toilet paper, wincing slightly. She stood up on shaky legs. "Help me put it on?" She murmured.
She wiggles her hips to adjust herself then fixed her gown. "You're so perfect to me." She touched his cheek and smiled warmly.
"I love you so." She whispered against his lips, kissing him back.
"I didn't do anything I swear! All I was doing was just fixing her blanket. She was wiggling free." Stephen frowned.Madeline came out of the bathroom slowly and looked between Stephen and Alex.
"W-what?" Stephen murmured. "Dude, I didn't hurt her. I guess she just didn't like the cold air that hit her for like two seconds!" Madeline frowned and slowly walked over to Alex. All she did was rub his shoulder.
"Babies and sensitive to cold air Alex. Ren is fine. Here, I'll fix her blanket." She said softly and took Ren from him and carried her over to the bed where she carefully laid down again.Stephen shook his head and grabbed his bag. "Whatever man." He mumbled annoyingly and stormed out of the room.
Madeline put Ren on her thighs in front of her and focused on re wrapping Ren up in her blanket, taking her time to study every beautiful feature of her daughter. She looked over at Megan briefly then kissed Ren's little tummy.
((Yeah))Madeline wrapped Ren up like a burrito and laid her down face first on her chest and rubbed her back to sooth her crying. "Shhhh. You're okay. Boys just suck." She smirked.
Megan excused herself from the room.Madeline sighed and kissed Ren's head. "And then there were two...." She whispered.
Madeline starred up at the ceiling as she rubbed Ren's back.
She turned her head to look at him and frowned. "What's wrong babe?" She scooted over on the bed to make room for him.
She nodded with a sigh. "Lay down with us." She said softly.
Ren, who was on Madeline's chest, had her head turned toward Alex. Slowly, she opened her little eyes. Her eyes were as blue as his.
"My hair, your nose." Madeline smiled.
"And your beautiful eyes. My small mouth." She looked up at Alex with a warm smile.
She kissed him back then looked at Ren. "I assume she'll have an accident soon since she fed. "Why don't you do the honours of changing her into that outfit we want to bring her home in?"
Madeline watched for a little bit, loving see them together. But she felt her eyes drooping and soon she was asleep. A nurse came on to check on Madeline, but then smiled when she saw her asleep. "I'll let her sleep." She murmured.
"You can all go home tomorrow to." The nurse smiled and cleaned up the bathroom, and put a bag of 'after-birth' items for Madeline on the table.
Madeline was sleeping peacefully on her side, facing her family. A small smile was on her lips. ((Want to skip to when they can go home?))
Madeline carried the bags into the living room to sort through through them later. She smiled and was happy to be home.
Madeline walked into Ren's room and snapped a quick pick of them on the rocking chair with her phone. "Let's hope she likes it." She joked.
Madeline nodded and sighed. "Yeah. I do."
Madeline grimaced as she sat in the rocking chair but then smiled since it was comfortable. She pulled her arm out of her shirt sleeve, pulled up her shirt and put Ren on her breast like she was taught.
Madeline hummed softly as she waited for Ren to finish up. She seemed hungry this afternoonX
When she was done she placed Ren in her crib, turned on a nightlight and met up with Alex in the kitchen.
She smiled and sat down slowly. "Yum, this looks good."
She took a bite of her sandwich and chewed then swallowed before taking a sip of her orange juice.
"Are you prepared for many sleepless nights?" She asked as she ate a few chips.
"We should take turns with her. So we could both get some rest." She suggested.
"What if she needs to be fed?" She interjected. "Alex, we're both in this together."
"The nurse suggested i breast feed her for the first two weeks at least. She's to small for bottles." She said and took another bite of the sandwich.
"Have you talked to Stephen since yesterday?" She asked.
"May I ask what happened?" She looked at him.
"So why are you mad at him then?" She asked.
She also sighed. "I understand that you're protective of her. But you have to learn to trust your friends with her too. I trust Megan so that's why she's going to come by some nights to help us out so we can both sleep."
"But not your best friend." She said not in a questionable tone. "Well, I still think you should apologize to him."
"Fine then I guess." She mumbled and carried her plate to the sink. She leaned against the counter with one hand and pinched the bridge of her nose with the other. Something was bothering her.
"My....my mom was eighteen when she had me." She said quietly,
"Am I going to end up like her?" She whispered and looked at Alex.
Her bottom lip quivered. "P-promise?"
She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly, burying her face in the crook of his neck.
"Just relax. I'm not well enough to go out yet." She replied.
"Sounds good." She smiled and kissed his lips lightly.
"Yes actually, I am. You know the kind I use right?" She asked as she cleaned up the kitchen.
Madeline booted up her MacBook laptop and uploaded the pictures that were taken today and yesterday of them and Ren, and uploaded them to facebook. She changed her profile picture of all her social media sites to a picture of her, Alex and Ren laying in the hospital bed together. Alex and Madeline were both smiling at Ren who was sandwiched between them.
