Monica P | 24 comments I recently updated the pagination on a book I'm currently reading, and while doing so I noticed that the pagination has been changed a number of times recently. It seems a librarian is changing the pagination so that it does not include the glossary at the end, and other librarians are changing it back, as per goodreads librarian guidelines. I have looked at some other page number changes made by the same librarian and I suspect they are changing other pagination to omit glossaries or other end material. Should I express this concern to someone in particular?

Flag the changes you think are incorrect (or at least one of them) or you can email support with details of what you have observed

Monica P | 24 comments The librarian changed the page numbers again. I flagged it the last time, corrected the pagination, and added a librarian note reflecting the goodreads librarian manual. The librarian in question deleted my note and stated that the story ends at the earlier page number and requested that the page number not be changed. I flagged the change again and edited their note, linking to the librarian manual and quoting the relevant sentence. Should I correct the pagination or leave it so that someone can see what's happening?

Does page number have the undo option for edits? If so, use that.

If not, just change it back and make sure you use the change comment. The logs will show what's been going on.

Monica P | 24 comments Thanks, Amanda. I was unsure after flagging it what the best course of action would be, and a different librarian beat me to it!
