I have the paperback edition of The Sacred Vault with the ISBN 9780755377831.
The story finishes on page 583. The page after is blank and the next page is the beginning of the exclusive extract of another of the author's books (the last page of the extract is 602 which is the last page of the book).
It also doesn't say that this edition is a paperback.
