DV and Men: Resources for Abused Men

While the Domestic Violence Survival Workbook (along with dozens of other great books on the subject) offer sound advice for the heterosexual female victim, it seems that most just give lip service to heterosexual male victims or gay victims of domestic abuse. There seems to be very few actual resources that men or gay men or women can turn to. Anyone have any suggestions for what books or resources are out there for these marginalized victims?
