SOLVED. Time travel book centered around 1940's Hollywood [s]

I think the book was written somewhere in the 1990s, but I couldn't say with certainty. American. From what I can remember it's about a future in which people can buy time-travel vacations back to times when things were much better or historical events they want to visit. The main character is basically an investigator that works for the travel agency who goes back in time to bring back vacationers who have "gone rogue" and attempted to stay in the past and live there instead of returning to the future. He spends a lot of the book in the 1940s in Hollywood and Hollywood stars like Humphrey Bogart and John Wayne are also major characters.
