CiN Donations on pre-orders

To those in the UK, you probably know all about Children in Need, so I'll just make this offer - any preorder sales made today, Nov 14, I will give all my profit to CiN. I know this isn't exactly a family-friendly book, but it seemed like a decent thing to do, given the proximity to release date.

Just to note - Amazon's algorithms do not reward short, sharp spikes in sales (and other's are the same, I assume), so please don't think this is some cynical attempt to bump up their charts, because it won't happen. This is just my small contribution to a worthy cause.

Hopefully those who have added this book will be interested in pre-ordering an electronic copy. Kindle, iBooks and Nook all live. Sorry, Kobo are dragging their feet a little on getting it live.

At £1.79/$2.99 per book, after I pay my taxes, that's approximately £1.00/$1.56 plus some change per sale.
