I'm Ally! I love reading, crochet, and outdoorsy stuff. Looking for friends on goodreads to find new books. I'm reading a lot of indies and books for my book club here in Colorado. My favorite books are Magic Kingdom for sale/sold, Neverwhere, and Old Man's War. Any other questions? just ask :)

Hi Ally!!!
I love to read, knit (used to crochet) write and draw. 'Neverwhere' was really good.
Welcome!

I loved it. I love most of his book but that was a favorite. I knit but I like crocheting more. Thanks for the welcome! I'm excited to see what everyone is reading!
Neverwhere was awesome. The only other Gaiman I've read is American Gods and I wasn't thrilled with it. I'm looking forward to Anansi Boys and his graphic novel... can't remember what it's called though...
I believe you're thinking of the Sandman series? I've heard it's good. I bought the first one last year and I still haven't read it. Anansi Boys was alright. It's after American Gods - I still haven't read American Gods but apparently they're very similar. Yet another book I own and haven't read.
Oh you don't want to know how many books I have that I haven't read! I haven't even put them all on Goodreads.
Our used bookstore here has 1$ scifi days and all books are 75% off. They're all in great condition and most new releases are there within a month or two. I'm on a no-buy right now. I'm stacking on top of my bookshelves. haha
Hi Ally! Welcome to the group! Feel free to post and add to the discussion!
I'm on a no buy as well. I'm tempted to start a thread about the No Buy topic :)

I'll be more active soon. I'm swamped with book reviews for my blog. I'm accepting fewer books now though - so hopefully I will slow down shortly.

It's actually a little bit of everything. Recipes, books, crafts, and some lady stuff. I've only been around for 2ish months but I'm doing pretty well. I have officially put myself on a 'no-buy' for the year because I'm booked until december 2015 with my book reviews. http://thebohemianhousewife.com/
