Hahaha I know right!!
@Tina You mean you love that scene? You see The Maze Runner is a good book.
&
Its causes Fear, Crying and death.... A big Animal called the Griever causes the fear of every body... The creator causes this disaster who was helped by thomas and Teresa.
Alby, said he don't want to go back to the World and that The glade was the safest place to stay, he killed himself.
MY SUGGESTION: Thomas, Newt and Minho should have listened to Alby, the world was dead, what else could have happened, they left a good place and went to the worst place..... The Creator did the right thing to create the Maze.
CONTINUE
Now they are in the World (The Wicked) Or should i say the wicked world, or should i say death world.
They are in a house, wow what a nice place for Minho to Fat.
Teresa Continues Talking through through her mind to her lovely Thomas, or should i say her crush.
MY IDEA: Without them leaving The Maze, they would not have been a Scorch.
There probably would have been a Scorch any way the events happened - the Glade was being destroyed and it was either get out or die. If it really came down to everyone hanging out in the corner of the Glade until their death, I think WICKED would've picked them up out of there or lead them to the exit.

Tell me who could have go through the hole.
Wicked could have prodded them along until they got to the Griever hole themselves - at that point Thomas and Minho already knew it was there, they could've had grievers chase them there until going through it was their only option..in an operation as cunning and well organized as Wicked, they would not have let all of their test subjects die.
The Creators Knew that the world was bad, so he just keep the chosen ones in the Glade. They knew that Thomas was the One who would find the way out of there. So they kept them there so that they can find out the cure of the Death around the City.

Therefore, getting out of the Maze and into the Scorch Trials was mandatory in order for them to establish who indeed was the fittest. Had they all stayed in the Maze, no one would have survived, thus providing no one for Wicked to analyze.

Don't worry you beat me on this one, I would start another discussion and beat you.
Allison what do you think of the supplies stopped coming, No daylight, Everyone scared.. What do you think happened ?
..I'm assuming Wicked was just making it obvious to the Gladers that their world wouldn't last much longer
Also, things become more open for discussion if you don't address one specific person..I like multiple opinions :)

I understand your pain about Newt But (view spoiler)
But Emmauel said that were not allowed to talk about the other 2 books because some people in this discussion haven't finished the entire series.
The Maze runner is a great book that starts off slow and advances as you get further into the book. Everything starts off confusing because the main character,Thomas, gets his memory erased so he doesn't know what's going on, where he is, not even his last name.He soon finds out that he is in a place called the Glade, and the only way out is through an always changing maze. Thomas then becomes one of the maze runners and finds a way out the maze but even after the escapes the glades,he still has to witness death and suspense outside the Glade. The world is destroyed and in flames, but that's in the next book when they just got out off the glade.

I have not read The Scorch Trial, so it would be nice for you talk about The Maze Runner.
OMG I love the Maze Runner so much. I can't describe it words asdfghh omg it was just spectacular. one of the best books I've ever read
LOVE THE MAZE RUNNER i think the second movie was really disappointing i mean i know movies are always different then books but come on there are probably ways to add the stuff in the book into the movie. The second book was my favourite. Cant wait for The Fever Code. I know this thread was made awhile ago, but oh well.
I loved this book, and this book series! But, I also thought the writing was average and the plot was at times difficult to enjoy(aka cheesy). I think I liked this series so much because each character was something entirely different from the other and brought a different flavor to the series.
I really loved this book and the whole series! I think this is because these books where the ones that motivated me to read more and more, so they have a special place in my heart. Also the characters are awesome and I CAN´T WAIT FOR THE SEQUEL TO COME OUT, I NEED IT
The Maze Runner series is literally my all time favorite series and in my top books and its so good and YOU BECOME OBSESSED. It's AMAZING and you cant ever put it down!
