I’m curious, what kind of spy novels qualify as reads for this group? I had thought this was a mystery mystery group. Of course, I do love some spy novels. I’m actually reading it now.

Thanks Bruce - this one is a bit different from our normal group reads, but it got a lot of support in the poll and should make for a good discussion. Hope you enjoy it!

We've now changed the wording asking for nominations each month to say that books nominated for the main group read in future should be mysteries.

But we can still be broader for buddy reads - for instance we have had several reads of books in the Slough House spy series.
