Deleted the translator's name from the default edition.

Any secondary authors on the duplicate edition will be moved to the edition it is merged with. This gives extremely odd/confusing results when source and target are different languages and/or formats (f.e. audiobooks: narrators moved to print editions).

Therefore, please always merge duplicates with the edition they are a duplicate of, even if they have no shelvings.
