m/m erotica wimpy magician buys slave warrior to help defend against something, sale requires a "sole bond contract" where only his owner can ever get him off... they do not speak the same languages but he eventually figues out what "sole bond" ment. Even though the magician is engaged to marry a woman but he feels bad about the situation and submits to being the slaves lover. The warrior slave makes a deal that he will take care of the job that needed to be done but would treat the magician as a toy and not a real partner. Later in the story the magician makes him a ring that only a magician could make to drive off any bad people that might cause trouble. They eventual end up understanding each others language and the slave warrior guy feels bad about treating his so bad. - - i read this book about 5 years ago as either a book or collection, no idea what the title was. I think it was probably a 200+ page book thanks : )
