i'm looking for a fantasy fiction book i read around 2017-2018. i can't remember the author or the title, but i know the cover was something resembling a green forest scene with two sisters, one with blond hair and one with black hair in the clearing.
from what i recall, it was about a girl who bore two daughters (one after the boys in her village assaulted her), and was given passage a separate reality to raise her daughters in a safer, more prosperous environment. i know that at one point, one of the sisters finds her way back into the real world, and that some people from the real world find their way into the alternate reality, including a man in a bear costume. i also remember that the daughter who traveled into the real world aged faster than her mother and sister in the alternate reality. towards the end, the daughter in the real world reunites with her mother and sister, and also discovers what the men in her village did to her mother. in her anger she accidentally magics people out of shreds of paper/clothing and they exact punishment on the men. after that, i think she's sent to study magic somewhere, but i can't remember what happened to the other characters.
