ABANDONED. YA Fantasy. Boy dies after getting into argument with sister and becomes a ghost-

YA//boy gets into argument with sister and he leaves on his bike and gets in accident and passes away.. then comes back to earth as ghost to resolve unfinished business... he can't fully move on till he does.. spends time at the movies, where he finds hundreds of other ghosts. and tries to communicate with parents but moving objects etc takes a lot of energy. He watches his mom take out the wrong amount of plates at dinner time. etc etc. i've been looking for this book for 10 years or so!

After finding himself dead from a bike accident, Harry emerges on the Other Side, a strange land where the sun is always setting but never quite disappears, and dead people wander about, waiting to move on to the Great Blue Yonder.
