Welcome to our group, Hafsa. I hope you have fun with our challenges and discussions. Please feel free to ask any questions. Goodreads can be a bit confusing at first.

Hi, Megan. Welcome to our group.
We have lots of fun challenges, some of which are for your favourite genres, so please feel free to join as many as you want.
Good luck in your teaching training and teaching career, from a retired teacher. I hope you get some time to read for fun while pursuing your studies.

Hi, Farah. Welcome to our group. This is a great place to get back into reading again. We have lots of fun challenges and discussions.

Welcome to our group, Randie. You read the same way I do at times, but other times I try to follow a list. And usually fail miserably.😉
I hope you have fun doing challenges with us.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and seeing all the discussion and recommendations!

I am Alicia, originally from NC but live in ID. Just recently I decided to read more. My goal is to read 12 books by the end of 2019 but I’m pushing for 15 books. I’m already 5 books in.
Type of books I like is suspense, romance, YA (I seem to gravitate towards those), self-help, and Church drama (lol).
I’m excited to be apart of this group.

I look forward to trying some of your challenges.
Welcome to the group, Gill and Alicia! It's good to have you on board. I hope that our fun challenges will help you reach your goals--and beyond.

I hope you find a few challenges that appeal to you and most of all that you have fun reading with us!

I sort of "bumped into" the Goodreads Reading Challenge" at the start of the year. My target is 60 books. I know I can read at least one book per week. We have been very busy since we moved in just before Christmas so I have had less time for reading, which drives me up the wall. Still the building work is almost finished so I can get back to reading more and writing!
Welcome to the group, Jude. I have moved numerous times in the past, so I know how you feel.
We have lots of fun challenges to help you get back on track with reading.

Welcome to the group, Jacqueline. Glad you joined us.
I can relate to your reading experiences since I take a book with me wherever I go if I know I will have time to read, even 5 minutes.
Our monthly genre for April is fantasy, so you have joined at the perfect time.
We also have a wide variety of challenges that continue all year, and four seasonal Bingos.

Hi, Nancy. Welcome to the group. You will find goodreads a great resource for learning about books, and our group is a fun way to do it, with fun discussions and reading challenges.

I've been through 5 years of a toxic relationship but I'm now channelling that into something that's always been a passion of mine - psychology and mental health. I intend to enrol in university for the second time to study and help others.
In 2017 I wanted to read 24 books and got to 22
In 2018 I wanted to read 12 and got to 10
This year my goal is 12 again and I'm currently at 9!
I have 10 physical and 8 audio books sat on my shelf waiting to be read and I've put a ban on myself from buying more books until I've read them - but it's so tempting!!
Welcome to our group, Danica. It sounds like you have a worthwhile goal for your future career.
As for the books, every year I say I am not going to buy any more books until I read my own, but by February that plan is not working any more.
Please feel free to join as many challenges as you like-we have a wide variety to choose from.
