Well, I didn't get the number of pages, I just posted the ISBN number because the guidelines say to include it with page numbering requests.

I was clearly not paying attention. I know that number is the ISBN, but as people generally list also the number of pages and I couldn't find the book on worldcat, it was a kind of a reflex to ask for the source of the number of pages.Amazon is not a good source for number of pages of print books.

I think it's still better than nothing, if there's a comment about the source isn't it still worth adding if no better source is available?

Well, I guess it doesn't appear on worldcat because the book is in Catalan and they don't usually receive much attention. I can link you to the publisher's page,, where it states the number of pages as well, but it's in catalan, so I'm guessing you won't be able to understand it. It's where it says "Nombre de pàgines: 384".
