When the district attorney who prosecuted Brian Hall was murdered, no one suspected a connection. Should they have?

That first murder was made to look like a robbery, so I don't think they were wrong in not connecting to Brian Hall. If they had failed to see it by the second murder I would have started to question things.

I thought they should have at least considered the coincidence. Hall is released and the DA is inexplicably murdered? Didn’t pass my smell test.

The murder of the DA was done very well. I was surprised Hall was able to pull it off and get away with it and no one suspected it was him. No one suspected Hall was that vengeful.

I agree, Anita. With the hate Hall had for everyone that put him in jail, I wouldn't have expected him to be so controlled.

Exactly! I would have assumed that he would have inadvertently left evidence behind.

With Jonetta, I would at least have noted the "coincidence" of Hall's release and this crime. I hope I would have looked at him as a possible person of interest early on.

I don't think they suspected him because he was so controlled in jail. I may be naive but I don't think he would have gone so far if his family had embraced him upon his release.
