So I am looking for a book that I think was published rather recently, meaning the last few years. What I can remember from the description is:

Girl (protagonist of novel) dates boy, boy is a serial killer who kills women by drowning them, boy ends up in prison, boy is released several years later.

I think this might have been set at a uni in the UK or something?

Would very much appreciate help with this one!
