Workbook Help!

Hey everyone, I hope this type of post is allowed here. I didn't see a page for the workbook so I am going to post this here. On page 64 of the 2nd edition workbook the exercise says to fill out the long forms and the te forms. But I was really confused on the long forms. Do they want ています for the long forms or just -ます long form? Sorry I know the question is confusing but I am really unsure which answer to put down. Arigato!
