May I ask if a Kindle edition was ever published? If it was, do you happen to know the ASIN it had?

My second ask is if you perhaps know the editor name too, if there was one? For anthology book records on Goodreads, the editor's name should be listed first, and the contributors second in cases like these where no author names are visible on the cover art.
