Theresa | 2377 comments For 2 years I have combined PS with AtY, letting one book satisfy both when possible. It has always been easy. I won't in 2020 because work is just too overwhelming. Plus AtY doesn't appeal but PS definitely does.

Drakeryn | 708 comments ATY looks neat, but I don't read enough books a year to handle two challenges. But I know a lot of people in this group do both.

(As an aside, I've always been a little confused about how ATY works... are there specific prompts for specific weeks?)

In theory yes but you can do them in any order - that's what I do.

I do try to overlap as many across-challenges as I can. Even doing so though I end up with about 140 unique books on my list each year (eek) - never complete all of the challenges in their entirety but can usually have a good go!

Teri (teria) | 1554 comments I've done ATY as well the past two years, using as many books as I can for both. I don't plan to do ATY next year, though, as I'm trying to simplify my life for health reasons. But it is fun to try to find books for both.

Cheers! I’ve made my reading list and, as usual, can’t wait to get started. 😁 When it gets to the final few days of the year I find myself thinking, “I wish Goodreads would let us post our goal earlier than Jan. 1!”
