Two releases with the same ISBN?

Hi,

I searched for "Gruppenbild mit Dame" and found the above English edition.
I searched the other releases and could not find the edition from 1974 I have so I started to create a new release.
However when I enter the ISBN 3-423-00959-4 I received a notification that another release with this ISBN already exists: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1....

However that release dates 2007 and has a modern cover.
The edition I have has the cover as seen at http://www.antiqbook.nl/boox/vic/2860...

Can someone check the ISBN of the newer edition to see if it is correct? Or was the ISBN reused?

In any case how can this release be added?

Except for the release date and the number of pages the information is identical to the newer release.

This release was the second publication in 1974 published March 1974 and has 374 pages (the last page is not numbered).
