Thanks! How do I do an ISBN search? I tried searching for 460 00883 8 to find Volume 2, but nothing came up.

Thanks for the tip - I've managed to track down all four volumes by ISBN (although confusingly, two of them show up as being part of a nine-volume set).
Is there any way to associate them together and rate/review them as a single entity in my Read shelf?

If you want to share the other SBNs we can look into those volumes and correct them if needed. Do they say "in four volumes" on the cover as this one does?

Yes, with the individual volume numbers following. But two of them don't seem to have covers uploaded. I can scan the missing ones...
Volume one is 0460 00882 x (Everyman 882)
Volume two is 0460 00882 8 (Everyman 883)
Volume three is 0460 00882 6 (Everyman 884)
Volume four is 0460 00882 4 (Everyman 885)
Edit: Also, they're filed under "Clarissa Harlowe", but the title on the cover is "Clarissa" and on the title page "Clarissa, or the History of a Young Lady".
I'm not clear if the publisher is Everyman, Dent Dutton (spine info) or JM Dent & Sons (flyleaf info). The flyleaf also says "First included in Everyman's Library 1932/Last reprinted 1965" without giving an actual publication date; this is clearly not the original edition as it contains annoyed footnotes from the author complaining about readers' misinterpretation of what he wrote!
The edition doesn't seem to exist on Goodreads, although there seem to be a bewildering number issued by the Palala Press which confuse me.
The back cover of the dustjackets include a number in the format 460 00884 6 - would that be an ISBN? Otherwise they don't seem to have one.
And am I right in thinking that if I were to add this edition I would need to add it as four separate volumes, each with its own cover and page count? How would I associate them together?
