Series missing some on kindle

What should I do when I only read kindle books, but the book's publisher has not put some in the book series in kindle format? The company that bought the rights says that the publisher is to blame. This book has been the new owner's for more than a year.... I have stopped reading the series.

the rights might be split between companies. All you can really do other than contacting the author, publisher of the paper books, and the rights owner in your region is to go to the Amazon product page for the paper versions and keep clicking on the want to read this in Kindle format link on the page (usually to the right of the product details).
