Ch 8 - (view spoiler)[ OK, so far I like that we are getting flashbacks into Keiran's past. It is helping explain what the fuck happened to him to make him this fucked up. However, I am getting a little tired of Lake's attitude. She is so wishy-washy. I don't think she believes he killed those kids, but she continues to act like she does. (hide spoiler)]

Finished - (view spoiler)[ I'm not sure what it is about this bully romance, but I couldn't stop reading it even though it sickened me at times. I'm not even sure how I feel now that this book is finished. I guess I'm happy that they are together and trying to make a go of their "broken love", but at the same time I don't feel like she has redeemed him fully, and she is just as annoying as ever. (hide spoiler)] The next book is about Keenan and Sheldon. I'm not sure I have it in me......unless you talk me into it. LOL.

I’m at the beginning of chapter six and I think it was a mistake to not reread the first one. Because I’m super effing confused. 🙄😩

47%(view spoiler)[my gosh this seeing into Kieran’s head is insane. I feel so bad for him. As a young boy and who he is now, with Lake. This book is so messed up but like I can’t stop wanting to know what in the world got him to be where he is.

I hope he eventually realizes he does love her. Even if that love comes from his cold black heart. (hide spoiler)]

The only thing keeping me into this book is the Kieran chapters. Because there really isn’t that much smut anyways. He’s the only interesting thing about this book. (hide spoiler)]

Yeah, because I know that Sheldon and Keenan's book will be just like the first book in this series because of the bitterness Keenan is holding inside of him. And I cannot go through another book like the first one. It was so messed up.
