Looking for a book, might be a Harlequin... A model is anorectic and falls to the floor while modeling. While unconscious she sees herself and the people trying to revive her on the floor... After being revived she moves home to her mother and get treated, she falls in love with her doctor and gets pregnant.

Remember now that she also did organise for the women in town to be models for their local clothes store. Normal sized models.
