can't make changes to existing page

I am an author who has a GR page, but I haven't been writing for several years, and now I am starting again, and I can log in, but I can't seem to make any changes/updates to my page (bio, picture, etc). Help?

When I click on your picture I just see a regular member's page. Do you have another author page?
