i just finished reading the first two chapters, and I really hate how harry gets treated by his uncle, auntie and cousin. Apart from that at first I thought that Dobby was protecting harry from Voldemort, but I think there's someone else, working for Voldemort, that will try to harm harry and Hogwarts

I like that Harry is standing up for himself more and even enjoying taunting Dudley. Sad that he thought Hermione and Ron had forgotten him and his birthday tho.

When guessing who will make things bad at Hogwarts this year, I love how Harry goes straight from Voldemort to Voldemort’s brother, as if there’s no one else in the entire world who is even a little bad?! At least CONSIDER Malfoy or Snape or anyone!

‘Well, I’ve got news for you, boy … I’m locking you up … you’re never going back to that school … never … and if you try and magic yourself out – they’ll expel you!’ I feel like this reasoning is flawed Vernon, either way he doesn’t get to go back so he may as well use magic anyway then?

I can’t believe Mr Weasley and Mr. Malfoy had a fight haha

Cute things Harry did:
-He’s starving and yet he gives Hedwig half his soup.
-His reaction to Ron’s house and room when Ron is embarrassed.
-He gave Ginny his books from Lockhart and said he’d buy his own.

One question I have is: Why’s Percy acting so weird?

Reading up to chapter 7 now. (view spoiler)[ They flew the car to school which they got into trouble for. Percy I believe is either suspicious or very stuck up because he's now a prefix ignore that spelling if wrong. Then, Harry had to hide from Draco when he accidentally with flu powder went into the wrong alley. And lastly, Lockheart made them take a quiz on his life. (hide spoiler)]

Definitely on the wrong foot, they were so pleased they managed to get to school as well! I love how Ron was terrified to open his howler and Neville was the one telling him to get it over with haha

I agree about that part with the Weasley family. I enjoyed how Ginny was shy around Harry. They treated Harry very nicely even stopping to say hi to him instead of making the boys behave first.

I can’t believe Lucius is just walking around still like normal when they know he’s bad, even mr weasley says Lucius never stopped being on Voldemort’s side. I suppose there’s not enough evidence though. (hide spoiler)]
