So I volunteer at a preschool and one of the kids was especially bad and one of the teachers looked at me and said that some of the kids missed nap time and I laughed and looked at the kids and said same because i'm a giant adult baby fight me if you've got a problem with that but after my nap, cause i'm exhausted.

ANYways university is great so far. I mean I'm exhausted and I have like five maybe friends (emphasis on maybe) and some of my classes are kinda far apart which means I have to power walk across campus which would be fine except it's South Carolina which means IT'S HOTTER THAN THE DEVIL'S ARMPIT and sometimes it's hard to be fashionable and also weather friendly clothes when you hijab but I refuse to conform so you bet I'm going to look my best while briskly walking across busy intersections. Also the lines are too long here so sometimes I only eat once a day but its fine because I normally only eat two meals anyway.

Absolutely insane how I was really active for years and built such a great community and then I got super busy with school (coincidentally this was also when I started being real sad all the time. probably unrelated though? haha) and god reading everything is making me so nostalgic and sad and omg I missed winter ball which is insane because that thing was my BABY and jay- Jem Jemmy Jay James I love you more than you will ever know and I want to talk about the most random things and boys and fashion with you. Imma go because it's almost time for suhoor but I'm legit tearing up this place shaped so much of who I am as a person and to see words from 14/15 year old me as a 20 year old is crazy. Why was I such a mess oh my god who allowed me to use XD in every sentence.
