In the book they say that the aliens is fast as light if not even faster. I may have missed something , but if they really is that fast how come daemon couldn't get to katy faster in the final battle scene? It took him a few minutes and it doesn't make much sense to me.

because he was so weak that he couldnt thats it and i also think to put some more drama

I have only read the first one but i love them way more Thon i thought i would and can't wait to read the rest of them!!!
