Like in September we can nominate any book we wish to read for December, following these guidelines:
- no genre restrictions, but
- your nomination should have a film adaptation (readily available in a month or so), and
- it can be based on a film (e.g. Alien), or
- it can be a companion book to a documentary film (e.g. Michael Palin's Himalaya), or
- it can be a non-fiction book related to the movies (in that case, please refer to the movie we can check together with the book, if it is not that obvious, e.g. Godzilla on My Mind).

Shawna Does it have to be a movie or can it be a TV adaptation? If it can be TV I would like to nominate Olive Kitteridge which was just shown as a 2 part mini-series on HBO.
