I know most people like Ben Barnes for Dimitri but to me he just has a really young look to him that doesn't jive with Dimitri. I think the best would be to find some sexy unknown Russian actor, but if I had to pick from known ones I'd go with Victor Webster. If you don't know who he is, google him. You won't be sorry ;)

Check out Henry Cavill. I first heard about him through Stephanie Meyers website. He was her first pick for Edward although he was too old by the time they started filming the Twilight movies. He fits the demographic for Dimitri though. I just have one thing to say. Yum!

I SO AGREE! Especially wit Rose and Adrian BUT NOT DIMITRI! He's suppose to be fit, wavy shoulder length hair and tall PLUS HAWT AS HELL! And the 2 guys u pick has not got the face nor the body. I think you need to have a Russian who else can you see calling Rose “Roza” and sound proper … I can’t really guess since I don’t know many actors at all, but if I had to I would pick Stanislav-ianevski not only is he Russian but good looking.
And Im sorry .. I wasn’t trying to copy Twilight buy taking an actor from Harry Potter but I was watching one of the movies with my son .. just after I read Blood Promise and thought he could probably be good for Demetris role

Newbe here... Truthfully, none of these guys fit Dimitri in my mind. I've always pictured him like, really tan. Some of these guys are tan enough to play him but guys like Jackson Rathbone aren't tan enough to fit the part. Pretty much the only guys I'd concider playing Dimitri would be Henry Cavill and MAYBE Taylor Kitsch. None of these guys have really...clicked in my mind yet.
