Could someone let me know how my novel can be listed under "diversity". It is a story about an american girl living in Spain and an adventure with other teens of many nationalities.

Genres are crowd sourced user shelf names. You need to create a shelf called diversity and shelve your book on it. It may require more than one person to shelve it under that name but I cannot remember for sure.
