he sighed, "alright then" he said and turned around and slowly swam to the middle of the lake, he lifted his head out of the water surface and let himself sink down. he let the joy and comfort of the water wash over him as he sank to the bottom.

once he was at the bottom of the lake he laid flat on his back on the floor and watched the sky from below the water surface. he would occasionally look over at the odd glowing fish that swam pass and around him.
he lifted his hands up and started swirling them around, it soon made a whirlpool in front of him and got bigger and bigger till it was the whole lake that was spinning around. he then swam to the surface of the center of it and stood on the water, doing a fake evil laugh with a menacing smile.
after the Orange hit him he reached out his left hand and caught it, "evil genius huh? i like it, it has nice ring to it" he said in a musing way as he turned his other hand into talons and peeled the orange. once it was peeled he let the peelings drop into the water and ate the orange piece by piece, "thanks for the snack" he said in between bites.
He looked confused, "how am i lucky? if it was an egg i would have just eaten it too" he replied to her and finished his orange. he stood in the center of his whirlpool for a few more moments before he let it die down and the water was back to normal, with him still standing on it, and he walked back to the shore and to Melody.
he crossed his arms and smiled, "yes i do" he replied, "i like it a lot" he nodded his head
he thought about it for a bit and continued for a few more minutes without realizing it, "sure, why not? you seem to like it here too so im sure it'll be a good move" he said
he smiled and hugged her back, "good to see you smile" he said and looked down as he realized he was still naked from the lake and looked back up to her, "um.." was all he could get out. he wasn't embarrassed at being naked in front of her, he was just nervous at how she would react and wondered if she even realized it or not.
he stepped back some and turned away, "sorry, i should have realized sooner" he said as he spotted his clothes. he then walked over to them and picked them up and started putting them back on.
he took him time to get properly dressed and checked himself over after to make double sure. he turned back to her and walked over, "all done" he said
he smiled to her, "so where in the forest should we start our new home?" he asked her
he nodded, "Okay, which direction should we go in?" he asked her as he looked around them to see if he saw anything in the dark forest but couldn't
he nodded at the idea, "yeah, lets do that" he said and took a step back and changed
((ahh okay))Christopher wasn't expecting it so when it happened he was completely taken by surprise. He fell over in a daze.
he started laughing, "it's already, no harm done" he said and started getting up as she got up
"slowpoke huh? at least im not clumsy" he teased he as he nuzzles her back
"because i am" he said after they finally stood up, still laughing himself. "now for the cave" he said
once he was fully up he took off into the sky just over the trees to see if there was anything in the area
he saw a small mountain a few minutes distance by flying to the east of them and still inside the forest. "how about over there?" he asked her pointing to it.
"right" he replied as he followed behind her but next to the shadow trail and not in it.
Christopher continued just flying straight ahead, he watched her as she sdid her stunts and smiled. he noticed they where now! getting to the mountain so he slowed down some
he took a land on an open area once he flew around it a few times and saw a cave entrance. he waited for Melody before he would go exploring inside it
being on the ground already he was more prepared for something like this and was able brace himself for it. when she ran into him he took it and let her land next to him without being completely knocked down
he moved a little to give her more room, "no harm done" he said with a nod and changed forms to fit in the cave more easily
he walked up with her and used his dragon hearing to see if he could hear anything in the cave, after a minute he couldn't hear anything but that didn't mean there wasn't anything still farther in. he turned to Melody and told her, before he took a few steps in
once inside it got dark fast, he didn't have the best eyes in dark but they worked just enough for him to not trip over anything or run into walls. once a bit farther in they entered a large room with multiple tunnels, "so far so good" he mumbled
he felt her grab his hand and wondered why, she couldn't possibly be scared of the dark, he thought to himself and a moment later his vision got better and he could see everything. "whoa" was all he could say for a moment and turned to her, "i can see now, did you do that?" be asked her
he nodded, "thanks, it'll make things much easier now" he said with a smile and continued on while holding her hand
he wasn't expecting the kiss and was taken by a huge surprise, he never expected her to be act this way after they married and he liked it to his own surprise. after a long while of searching and finding no one so far he turned to her and kissed her forehead, "look like a keeper" he said with a smile
he nodded, "yeah, lets begin" he said as he smiled looking around, envisioning how the place could look after a few days of work
he nodded, "yeah, that'll be the next step" he looked around for a bit before turning to her, "should we use torches or crystals that glow up in the dark?" he asked her, "or anything you would prefer"
his face was in surprise for a moment, "i never even considered the smoke" he said as he scratched the back of his neck.
he raised an eyebrow, "don't got a brain huh?" he said with a slight chuckle at the grammar. "first thing to do now is find these crystals" he said
"any idea of where to go looking for them?" he asked her as he thought himself
he watched her send them out and thought some more, "could there be some at the bottom of the crystal lake?" he asked her. "I mean I'm sure they call it that for a reason right?" he said
he nodded after he noticed what she meant and laughed a bit, "alright, I'll be back" he said as he let go of her hand and walked back to the entrance to head to the lake
once he reached the exit he changed forms and flew off for the lake, in a few minutes he was flying around it in circles for a bit and dived right into it, making a huge splash.
after he got reorganized in the water he swam to the bottom and laid down, using his abilities to be at one with the water to help sense any Crystals in the lake
he found a few sources of crystals in small pockets in the earth, after a few hours he picked out a few and headed back to the cave
he walked in with the crystals in his mouth and once he got to the cavern where she was he dropped them into a big pile along a wall. he then walked over to her and flopped onto his stomach next to her.
he nuzzles her back and smiled, "hey" he replied back to her, "i found some crystals" he said
he got up with her, "yeah" he tiredly said, he also stretched out as he got up
once he heard her say that he let his body drop back to the ground, "that sounds nice" he said
he moved closer to her and cuddled closer to her while nuzzling her
he was getting more and more comfortable with it all as time went by, he liked it more and more and was enjoying it a lot more than he originally thought he could
"g'night Mel" was all he get out before he began dozing off a bit then he completely fell asleep
he was asleep now but could still feel the warmth of the fire and Melody's body against his and he like it alot
((yup))after they slept the night away Christopher woke up to see that the fire was out and it was pitch black in the cave beside the light coming from the entrance. he laid his head back down not wanting to wake up yet.
he sleepingly nodded his head, "im fine" he replied
