ABANDONED. Sci-fi romance set on post alien invasion Earth with the Heroine is living in the woods with younger siblings.

I’m looking for the name of a s I-fi romance. Below are the points I remember.
1. There are two groups of aliens that have come to Earth.
2. The hero (an alien) is in a fight and ended up going over a waterfall and loosing consciousness
3. The heroine’s younger siblings finds the hero washed up near their house in the woods.
4. The hero has to rig up a transmitter from an old radio to contact his people.
5. Before help arrives the enemy alien finds the hero and they end up fighting.
6. The heroine leaves earth but they “shrink wrap” the house to keep it preserved so they can come back.
