Shell | 4 comments Has anyone else started? It is so good that I can not bring myself to put it down!

Bernadette (bern_loves) | 3 comments I’m starting it now, so excited to pick it up! I couldn’t track down a copy of last month’s book so I’m super keen to join in this month :)

Agnes | 20 comments I hope to be able to read it this month, but I have Words of Radiance and Scarlet Tides to read first... so it will be towards the last part of the month :D

Danielle | 8 comments God, I'm loving this book so much so far. I'm just over half way through and hooked (i'll probably finish it tomorrow).

I'm not usually a big fan of flashback scenes in books but find them really enjoyable in this instance.

I do wish we would get back to the gladiator ring though, Çeda had such a badass introduction but hasn't been as strong since.

Lis | 1 comments I'm on Chapter 13. I'm actually finding the book boring. Does it get better?

Nichole I'm a little over 300 pages in and I love it so far.

Danielle | 8 comments I finished it and the ending really picked up the pace and turned out kind of epic, I’m glad we picked a stand alone to read next month or I’d struggle to keep reading all the series we’re starting

Agnes | 20 comments I'm a little over 200 pages in, and so far I like this story.

I’m having a harder time working through this one than I thought I would. I think it’s because this is the second book I’ve read recently with fighting pits and I’m mixing them up.

How is everyone else doing?

Jessica | 10 comments This isn't a quick read for me, but I'm enjoying it so far. I'm just over 200 pages in, and I like the mystery and what we are learning so far.

message 13: by Bernadette (new)

Bernadette (bern_loves) | 3 comments I read about 50 pages but I'm finding it to be a very difficult read - the pacing is quite slow but there's something else putting me off from picking this back up and I'm not quite sure what it is. I need to give it another chance, see if I can get into it!

If anyone does better going back and forth between physical and audio, I did see this book on Scribd.

Jessica | 10 comments I finished it! I really liked the ending and how Ceda's story is going to continue and develop. This book is intense and has a really cool and vast world that I really want to read more in!

Agnes | 20 comments Half a month late, but I finished it!
I definitely liked it, though it was a much slower read for me than other books. I might have managed to read it faster, tough, if not for the workload I had end of November and at the beginning of this month.

I'm curious how the story continues, not least because I'd really like to know what Ihsan is scheming!

Grace Cunningham | 4 comments I'm late too. Glad I've already read Proiry of the Orange Tree. I'm almost done and I also felt it was a little hard to get into. However, it's picked up and I'm enjoying it.

I haven't read Priory of the Orange Tree, but I have read Leviathan Wakes, so next month should be fine for Priory :D

What did you think of it? People are so divided regarding this book, I'm glad to have a push to reading it, otherwise I'd drag it along for ages :D

Grace Cunningham | 4 comments I liked Proiry. I did feel that some of the characters could have been built up more. I think that's why some feel it would be more than a stand alone. Overall, I felt the story went well.
