Transformers, GIJoe & M.A.S.K., thanks to IDW!Generally, with no comics, come to mind Silverhawks, Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs, Thundercats, Ducktales, Inspector Gadget, Bravestarr, Rambo The Force of Freedom, Pole Position, Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends & TMNT.
Wildstorm actually put out some solid Thundercats comics in the early aughts. DC has also published some fun He-Man comics. I'd love to see a Thundarr the Barbarian comic. He was always a more interesting version of Conan to me.
I don't remember much good on TV in those years. But I think I liked the "Dungeons and Dragons" cartoon.
TRANSFORMERS.
But as far as ~80s vibes~ go, I really love Space Riders #1 (and the subsequent issues and second series!

Oh! Or just watch the GLOW tv show, then read the GLOW comic (GLOW #1) - inspired by an actual wrestling group from the 80s)!

Oh, man, I love to hate GLOW. I'm totally a current-day wrestling fan and I love that they chose to bring that story to the screen. I had no idea there was a spin-off comic!!She-Ra was an absolute treat. I love what they've done with the new cartoon! Have you watched the Voltron reboot?? If not, you should completely check that out. It's very much in the same vein, tonally.
Comics-wise, I really enjoyed both
and
.
Most Cartoons i would watch as a kid were anime Captain Tsubasa Premium, Vol. 1
Saint Seiya 1
Ranma 1/2 Vol.1
Samurai Pizza Cats! but i don't think that's an anime.
This all really happened in the 90s but the properties are from the 80s
