OK - because he's well aware that all these items (over 500!) are in the data base. He has rated them all. I'll start working on it - but anyone else can jump in there too. I suggest we delete them then add them back with the ISBN and THEN not a book - so that the ratings go away.
and oh my lord many of these are "books about board games". Not sure how long I can last up in here.
If we make the only author NOT A BOOK, no, they shouldn't show up in his profile. If they show up on his shelves, well that's up to him/them. Nothing prevents members from shelving NABs.
Well I think I have to bail anyway - just too too tooo I'll stop and won't say. But I still stand by my thoughts (if indeed we want things to be tidy and neat and I thought we did) that if there are reviews they either need to be deleted so they merge with the books that we THINK they meant to review OR we simply delete if there is no book to support the non-book item (like in this case). In all cases they must be added back and not a booked. But Mr. Z is available for whom ever wants to take him.
I tend to agree with Melody's thinking. But I'm afraid I don't have the time for this sort of endeavor either.

...is interested in joining the author program. However, it seems many of his published works are board games, CD-ROMs, etc. Is anyone willing to sort through and not-a-book the appropriate items? Thanks in advance!
