I was glad I found this, I got a bunch of ideas for new books to read.

Carl Nordgren | 6 comments My book, 'Anung's Journe'y, just published last week, is my retelling of an ancient Ojibway legend shared with me by my friend, Steve Fobister. It tells the story of an Ojibway orphan boy whose vision quest leads him across the face of North America; he participates in a number of Native American stories along the way. The Museum of Ojibway Culture has strongly endorsed this book and profits are shared with Grassy Narrows Reserve in NW Ontario. And it has a holiday surprise ending.
