SOLVED. Horror- professor locks student in attic room to force her to eat meat. [s]

Read this one in this last couple of years but I can’t recall a publish date. One scene that keeps jumping out in my mind is a university professor locking a young vegetarian student in his attic and leaving her with a piece of meat she refuses to eat. The description gets quite visceral and she eventually caves after 48 hours and eats the rotting meat. Any help much appreciated!

That’s it! Thank you so much. I thought it was a stand-alone novel simply because the biggest standout for me in that compendium is The Midnight Meat Train and so I tend to forget the others. Much appreciated!
