??? I've never heard of such a thing. How are you trying to post the review? I can post reviews for things I haven't bought. I just go to the product on Amazon, scroll all the way down under Customer Reviews (at the bottom) click the button that says "write a customer review" and then it takes me to a page where I can write in the review and give it its star rating.

Hi Marium, Jenny is correct, you don't have to purchase the product from Amazon to write a review for it. However, before you can review on Amazon you have to have purchased at least one thing from Amazon.com and have an account with them. If you've done that before, then you can post a review.

Yes Marium, you cannot post a review until you have bought something, anything, from Amazon. And gifted books do not count, I don't think.
My first purchase from Amazon was actually Brew!
