Finished For the Sake of Elena, The Picture of Dorian Gray, and A Continual Feast: Words of Comfort and Celebration, Collected by Father Tim.Started and abandoned Presumed Innocent because of a printing error in the book. Approximately 30 pages were missing in the story.
Currently reading: Whitney, My Love and Trespass
Right now I'm reading The Beggar King
on my Kindle and listening to Dracula
on my iPod. I'm enjoying both and preparing for the Fall Seasonal Challenge here, which will be my first!
and am enjoying it so much I bought the next few on my Kindle, as I see this as a series I'll be rereading. Prices are insane. $12 for paperback or $2.99. Hmmm. As a result, I will likely be filling as many of the Fall tasks as possible with them:) Love finding a new series!
It's free on Amazon if you haven't read it yet and have a Kindle. I recommend it. Perfect for fall weather. Bonus that it takes place in Oregon. My home:)
I am currently reading two books [book:The Girl Who Played with Fire, on hardcoverand [book:Angela's Ashes, on e-reader
I'm loving The Girl You Left Behind and listening to The Breach. The Breach is pretty good- very quick!
Finished "The Oriental Book Of Sherlock Holmes", went back to "A Discovery of Witches" but gave up on that and thinking of starting "A Novel Bookstore"
Sooooo many books, not enough time, dang job. LolI am reading The Blind Assassin and Orphan Train and Agent 6 and have Fever waiting for me.
I finished If He Had Been With Me late last night and just want to tell everyone to read this book. It's a heartbreaker, but is so amazing. I don't know what to read next to follow such a great novel.
I loved Unwind - it totally freaked me out in places...the 3rd book in the trilogy is supposed to be out in November I think
I'm reading
. I really liked Unwind and it freaked me out in spots as well. I tried to talk to my husband about it(he's not a reader). He thought it sounded stupid and couldn't see what I like about it.
I finished "The Haunted Bookshop". It wasn't what I was expecting but I still liked it. I am now going to start
I'm getting antsy--I have four books left to read and not one of them is available for me yet from the library. I was all ready to claim one today and discovered it lacked 20 pages to be long enough, so I had to quick change my plans. Hope they turn up for me before Nov. 28.
I finished The First Phone Call From Heaven by Mitch Albom over the weekend and promptly started The Fiery Heart by Richelle Mead.Getting really lucky at my local library lately with the books available on the Lucky Day shelf!
I'm currently working on A Storm of Swords. Go big book ticket! And I'm audioing Crossed which I am not really enjoying.
Finished Mistress by Patterson & am now starting on my first official book for the SRC Winter Challenge.....The Kitchen Witch by Annette Blair

I highly recommend it for anyone who loves action-spy-politic-trillers. Vince's books are like the (not so) old TV show 24.
