2 author pages & issues with editing

Hi all! I'm trying to edit bio info on my author page here: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... I'm the one who originally uploaded all of the data on this page. But each time I try to save my changes, the site takes me to this page: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... (which, oddly, shows only one of my three books), and tells me that I don't have librarian privileges. So then I try to claim myself, and it tells me I've already claimed Gail Nall and I can't claim a new page. I'm so confused! I think maybe I've somehow ended up with two author pages?? But I'm not sure why I can't edit the one I've already claimed (the first link listed) & why it's pushing me over to this other page with only one book listed.

If anyone can figure this out, I'll bake you virtual cookies! :)

It seems the second profile has the same name as your claimed profile. That should not be possible, but somehow happens sometimes with imports. The staff needs to merge the profiles. I have made a request for that.
