There is no Crystal in this book. The girl you are talking about is named Emily.

The book thought me to not hold back. Annabel kept everything inside because she thought people would hate her or start judging her by all the things she went through. It's only when she saw her sisters and Emily open up to their struggles did she finally felt it was a good idea to do the same. It was hard considering all her life she was thought to think everything was just "fine" It really broke my heart when she pulled away from everyone especially Owen. If she was just confident to speak her mind, then most of her problems would have been solved which is exactly what happened in the end of the book which was great to me. :)
