ABANDONED. Short story, possibly by Stephen King

Hey guys! I've been looking for this short story that was possibly written by Stephen King but I can't remember.

It was about a couple that got lost and stopped at someplace and got captured by some old guy.

He kept the couple in cages and had these mean dogs and these tunnels everywhere.

I remember they finally tried to escape through one of his tunnels, naked, coming after them.
